Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all access to and use of the CallBreaker Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy have the meanings given in the CallBreaker Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, each Customer and Authorized User agrees to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Authorized Use Only

You may use the Service only for authorized football scouting, self-scouting, coaching, analytics, game-preparation, and game-day decision-support purposes. You may not use the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or competitive purpose.

You may access the Service only through your own account credentials or through credentials assigned to you by an authorized Administrator. You may not share logins, allow unauthorized users to access the Service, or use another person’s account.

2. Account Security

You must protect your username, password, authentication method, device, and account access. You must promptly notify the Administrator and CallBreaker if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You may not attempt to bypass authentication, defeat access controls, access another Team’s account, access another Customer’s data, or test the vulnerability of the Service without CallBreaker’s prior written permission.

3. Prohibited Competitive Activity

You may not use the Service to build, support, train, improve, market, evaluate, or assist a competing product or service. You may not use the Service to copy CallBreaker’s features, workflows, outputs, interfaces, screen layouts, data structures, prompts, models, reports, recommendations, or analytics logic.

You may not give access to the Service to any competitor, developer, consultant, contractor, analyst, vendor, or other third party for the purpose of studying, copying, reverse engineering, benchmarking, or developing a competing product. You may not export, scrape, record, reproduce, or compile Service outputs for competitive purposes.

4. No Reverse Engineering or Scraping

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect, derive, or attempt to discover the source code, object code, algorithms, models, prompts, data structures, database schema, architecture, trade secrets, or underlying methods of the Service.

You may not scrape, crawl, spider, mine, harvest, bulk download, extract, index, mirror, or use automated tools to access the Service or collect data from the Service. You may not use bots, scripts, extensions, automated queries, or similar methods except as expressly authorized in writing by CallBreaker.

5. Data Upload Rules

You may upload or enter football play information needed to use the Service, including down, distance, formation, personnel, field position, game clock, play direction, jersey number of the player receiving or touching the ball, target area of the field, point of attack, play type, result, and similar football scouting or self-scouting information.

You must not upload player names. You must not upload personal contact information, home addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, academic information, disciplinary information, eligibility information, recruiting information, financial information, or other unnecessary personally identifying information about athletes, students, minors, coaches, officials, or other individuals.

If you accidentally upload prohibited personal information, you must promptly notify CallBreaker at privacy@callbreaker.app and cooperate with reasonable steps to remove or address that information.

6. Opponent and Team Data

You may use the Service to scout opponents and analyze your own team only for legitimate football coaching and preparation purposes. You may not use the Service to harass, shame, threaten, defame, exploit, or publicly target athletes, coaches, officials, schools, teams, or programs.

You may not upload information that you obtained unlawfully, in violation of school rules, in violation of league rules, in violation of athletic-association rules, by unauthorized access, or through misappropriation of another program’s confidential information.

7. No Unauthorized Disclosure or Resale

You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, commercialize, or provide access to the Service or your account to any third party. You may not resell CallBreaker reports, dashboards, predictions, outputs, or access rights.

You may share CallBreaker outputs internally with your authorized coaching staff and team personnel for football purposes. You may not publicly post, publish, or distribute Service outputs in a way that misuses CallBreaker intellectual property, discloses confidential Customer Data, violates another program’s rights, or creates a false impression that CallBreaker endorses your statements.

8. No Misuse of Predictions or Analytics

The Service is a decision-support tool for football coaching. You may not use the Service for gambling, wagering, sportsbook activity, fantasy contests, betting recommendations, recruiting decisions, eligibility decisions, disciplinary decisions, medical decisions, academic decisions, or any non-coaching purpose.

You may not present CallBreaker predictions as guarantees. You may not state or imply that CallBreaker guarantees play calls, game outcomes, player performance, team performance, coaching results, or competitive success.

9. System Integrity

You may not interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, degrade, impair, or compromise the Service. You may not introduce viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs, malicious code, corrupted files, or harmful data.

You may not attempt denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, password spraying, phishing, spoofing, social engineering, unauthorized scanning, or other attacks against CallBreaker, its users, its vendors, or the Service.

10. Lawful Use

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must also comply with applicable school, district, league, conference, athletic-association, and organizational rules.

You may not use the Service to violate privacy laws, student-data laws, intellectual-property laws, contract rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, export laws, sanctions laws, or other legal obligations.

11. Content Standards

You may not upload, submit, enter, transmit, or store material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for a football coaching service.

You may not use notes, labels, tags, reports, or other fields in the Service to attack, ridicule, or demean athletes, students, minors, coaches, officials, schools, teams, or programs.

12. Use of CallBreaker Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or exploit CallBreaker software, reports, layouts, dashboards, graphics, documentation, templates, prompts, logos, names, trademarks, or other materials except as expressly allowed by the Terms of Service.

You may not remove, obscure, alter, or tamper with copyright notices, trademark notices, proprietary-rights notices, watermarks, disclaimers, or attribution statements in the Service.

13. Feedback and Suggestions

You may provide feedback about the Service. By doing so, you understand that CallBreaker may use that feedback without restriction, compensation, attribution, or approval. You may not submit feedback that you do not have the right to provide.

14. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, unauthorized account access, prohibited data upload, security concern, or misuse of the Service, you should report it promptly to CallBreaker at [support@callbreaker.app] or [security@callbreaker.app].

CallBreaker may investigate suspected violations. You must cooperate with reasonable investigations involving your account, your Team’s account, or your use of the Service.

15. Enforcement

CallBreaker may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, notify an Administrator, notify affected parties, or take other appropriate action if CallBreaker believes this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated.

CallBreaker may suspend access immediately if it believes a violation creates legal, security, privacy, operational, reputational, or competitive risk. Suspension or termination under this Acceptable Use Policy does not entitle the Customer to a refund except as expressly required by the Terms of Service or applicable law.

16. Updates to This Policy

CallBreaker may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be effective when posted or when notice is provided, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the Service after an updated Acceptable Use Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
